Returns & Refunds

We want every Dedhfoot order to feel exactly right. If something isn't, here's how we'll fix it.

What can't be returned

Because they're worn directly against a baby's skin, all innerwear is non-returnable. This includes jhablas, nappy sets and essentials kits. We know that's a firm line and it's there because we genuinely care about hygiene for every baby these products reach.

Returns

For eligible items, you have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The item must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition with tags intact.

To start a return, write to us at care.dedhfoot@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Please don't send anything back without hearing from us first as we won't be able to process it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo. We'll sort it immediately, no questions asked.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges right now. Return the item, and once it's accepted, place a fresh order for what you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know within 2 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
